Brought a tv as was told it was 4K HDR and could play all 4K programming on Netflix. I got the tv home to find out from a friend that it wasn’t HDR and the picture quality was really poor. The next day I went to the store to take the tv back as It was mis-sold to be through lies. I spoke to a manager who would not exchange the tv for one I was going to pay more for as I had opened the original one I was mid-sold. I even had the young boy who sold me the original admit to his manager he had mid-sold the tv to me and told me it was HDR but the manager didn’t want to know and told me if I wanted to bring it back I would have to pay a fee as they can’t sell it brand new.

Went in to purchase £90 BOSE earphones and was met with an obnoxious and rude store assistant that was more interested in his commission from other customers than helping me. I’ll spend my money elsewhere as they didn’t even have the item in stock anyway. Terrible customer service.

Great shop, staff are helpful even when it's super busy! I needed help with buying a Sonos speaker and the sales assistant was excellent, plus the price was cheaper than anywhere else too.

My laptop died so I went into PC World to get a new one. A salesperson tried to "help" me by basically reading the labels in front of the display models. I asked what the difference was between 2 similar laptops (I already knew the answer, I worked for IBM for 28 years!) to see if she had even the slightest clue - she didn't. In fact she told me a lie. Anyway, I agreed to buy the model I'd gone in to look at and she did a stock check and said they had it in stock. She disappeared and about 10 minutes later came back and said it was sold out, but they should have them back in "about a week, probably". I lost the will to live at that point and left.

Staff are superb, excellent service and very knowledgeable, particularly Emmanuel whom with his helpfulness we purchased a tv. Considering we visited the store on one of the busiest days of the year all the staff were happy and very efficient! Manager was great, running a brilliant team for which nothing was to much trouble!
